Fire safety is where scheme registration matters most, so we hold the line on it. Fire stopping and passive fire protection is delivered by third party certificated installers, fire alarm work by BAFE registered contractors, and fire risk assessments by assessors listed on a recognised national register. Nothing on a fire safety instruction is delivered outside a recognised scheme.

Engineers experienced in the plant and systems that most general contractors will not take on.

Roof works and external fabric programmes for blocks, from survey and specification through to completion.

Painting & decorating
