What we do
We replace and refurbish both UPVC and timber windows, from single flats through to full block programmes. Where units are beyond economic repair we survey, specify and install replacements to current building regulations, including trickle ventilation and safety glazing where required. Where the existing frames are sound, refurbishment is usually the better value route.
Refurbishment covers easing and adjusting sashes, replacing failed hinges, handles, locks and gaskets, swapping blown double glazed units, splicing out rot in timber frames and full redecoration. On listed and period property we match existing profiles and sight lines so the elevation is unchanged.
Window programmes across occupied blocks are scheduled room by room with access arranged in advance, so no resident is left with an open opening at the end of the day.
