Planned & reactive maintenance
Emergency repairs
Emergency call outs for water ingress, failed heating, electrical faults, broken access and other urgent building defects across London and the South East.
What we do
When a boiler fails, a leak appears through a ceiling, or a communal door mechanism stops working, the priority is getting someone competent on site quickly and making the situation safe. We run an emergency line during working hours and can extend cover to out of hours arrangements for managing agents and block managers who need guaranteed response.
Our engineers carry out initial make safe works, diagnose the cause and either complete the repair there and then or quote and schedule the permanent fix. All emergency attendances are recorded with photographs and notes so the repair trail is clear for the landlord file.
