EICR testing

Fire safety & compliance

EICR testing

Electrical installation condition reports for domestic and commercial property, with C1 and C2 remedials completed by our own engineers.

What we do

An EICR records the condition of the fixed electrical installation and codes any defects found. We carry out testing on individual dwellings, communal landlord supplies and commercial installations, and issue the report promptly so you are not waiting on paperwork to satisfy a compliance deadline.

Where defects are coded C1 or C2, the installation is unsatisfactory until they are resolved. Our engineers can carry out those remedials directly and reissue a satisfactory report, so one instruction gets you from inspection to compliant.

What to expect

Typical turnaround

A standard domestic EICR is issued within two working days of the visit. C1 and C2 remedials are scheduled as soon as parts are available, with the satisfactory report following completion.

How pricing works

Priced by the number of circuits and the type of installation. Remedials are quoted once the coded observations are known, so you only pay for what is needed to clear the certificate.

Completion documents

  • Electrical installation condition report with coded observations
  • Schedule of inspection and test results
  • Remedial completion certificate and photographs
  • Reissued satisfactory EICR where remedials were required
