What we do
Commercial decoration is dictated by access. We work evenings, nights and weekends where a space cannot be handed over during trading, and coordinate with fit out contractors so decoration lands in the right sequence rather than being redone after other trades.
Work covers full office and retail repaints, end of tenancy reinstatement back to the specification in the lease, partition and plasterboard finishing, and painted metalwork and joinery.
Site requirements are handled as standard: method statements and risk assessments, inductions, permits, low odour paint systems where the building stays occupied, and clearance at the end of every shift.
