Communal area decoration

Internal communal decoration for blocks and estates, delivered on a programme that keeps stairs and entrances usable throughout.

What we do

Communal areas take more punishment than anywhere else in a building, so they are decorated to last: damaged plaster repaired, scuffs and impact damage made good, and hard wearing scrubbable finishes used on walls at handrail and trolley height.

We phase the work so entrances, stairs and fire escape routes stay usable at all times, keep dust sheets and wet paint signage in place, and issue resident notices before each phase. Where a block runs a cyclical internal programme we work to the same specification each cycle so phases match.

Handover includes photographs of each area and a record of the paint systems and colours used, ready for the next cycle or a service charge file.
