Damp, mould and leak tracing and remedials

Damp, mould and leak investigation across residential and commercial property, tracing the source and completing the remedial works.

What we do

Damp and mould reports are rarely fixed by cleaning the surface. The real job is finding where the moisture is coming from, whether that is a leaking pipe, roof or gutter defect, failed tanking, condensation from poor ventilation, or cold bridging. We trace the source properly, record our findings and quote the remedial work needed to stop it returning.

Remedials range from targeted repairs and resealing to bathroom and kitchen tanking, extractor fan upgrades, insulation improvements, plastering and redecoration after the source has been dealt with. On larger blocks we can survey multiple units, identify recurring defects and propose a programme that tackles the root cause rather than treating each report as a one off.

What to expect

Typical turnaround

Initial investigation reports are issued within two to three working days. Remedial works are scheduled once the cause is confirmed and access is agreed.

How pricing works

Investigation visits are priced separately from remedials, so you know the cause before committing to the fix. Remedials are quoted once the source is identified.

  • Ventilation and airflow test results where applicable
  • Waste disposal notes and redecoration specification
