Door by door inspection of flat entrance and common part fire doors, with photographic records and remedial works priced.
What we do
Fire doors only work if the whole assembly works: the leaf, the frame, the intumescent strips and smoke seals, the hinges, the self closer and the gaps around the edges. We inspect each element and record the condition of every door individually.
You receive a schedule listing each door with its location, its condition and any defects found, supported by photographs. Where doors fail, we price the remedial work or full replacement, and can carry it out with certified installers.
