Instant Maintenance & Building Services is a multi-trade building contractor based in London, delivering refurbishment, compliance and planned works across Greater London and the South East.
A core team of engineers and estimators manages every job end to end, working alongside a network of vetted specialist subcontractors for specialist trades, backed by a bookings desk and a dedicated account manager on every job. Our engineers bring over twenty years of hands-on trade experience.
