What we do
Drone surveys let us inspect roofs, chimneys, parapets, gutters and high level elevations without scaffolding, cherry pickers or roof access. For most blocks that means a defect is identified and evidenced in a single visit, at a fraction of the cost of putting up access purely to look.
You receive high resolution imagery and a written summary setting out what was found, what needs attention now and what can be planned, so the report can be passed straight to a freeholder, insurer or leaseholder consultation.
Where remedial works follow, the same survey informs the specification and pricing, so you are not paying twice to understand the same problem. Flights are carried out in line with Civil Aviation Authority requirements.
