Who we are

Instant Maintenance Services is a building, refurbishment and compliance contractor based at Unit 7 Overton Road, London, SW9 7AP. What we collect

• Enquiry details you send us: your name, company, email address, phone number, property address and the description of the works you need.
• Job records created while we quote and deliver works, including site notes, photographs of the works and correspondence.
• Limited technical data when you submit our contact form, including the page you submitted from and a one way hashed version of your IP address used only to block automated spam.

Why we use it

We use your data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and tender submissions, deliver and invoice works, and keep records required for health, safety and compliance purposes. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests when responding to a business enquiry, performance of a contract once works are instructed, and legal obligation for compliance and accounting records.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with vetted specialist subcontractors and engineers attending your property, and with our hosting, email and accounting providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to works are held for up to twenty four months. Records relating to completed works, including compliance certification, are held for at least six years to meet accounting and liability requirements.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no ongoing legal reason to keep it, or object to how we use it. Email bookings@instantmaintenanceservices.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security

Enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access controlled systems available only to our office team.
