Refurbishment & major works
Full refurbishment
Whole property and whole block refurbishment, coordinated end to end by a named contact from survey through to handover.
What we do
We deliver full refurbishment programmes across residential and commercial property, taking a building from strip out through to finished handover under a single contract. That covers structural alterations, first and second fix, plastering, electrical and plumbing installation, joinery, tiling and decoration, sequenced so trades are not tripping over each other on site.
Every programme is run by a named contact who owns the schedule, the trade sequencing and the site paperwork. You get one number to call, one programme to review and one set of completion documents at the end, rather than chasing separate suppliers for each element.
We work alongside surveyors and architects on design led schemes and welcome tender opportunities, with an in house team experienced in preparing tender submissions to a high standard.

How a full refurbishment runs
- 1
Survey and scope: we visit, measure and produce a detailed schedule of works and programme.
- 2
Design and specification: finishes, fittings and compliance requirements are agreed and locked before work starts.
- 3
Strip out and enabling: the building is made safe, waste is removed and any structural alterations are completed.
- 4
First fix: electrical, plumbing, ventilation and any underfloor preparation go in before plastering.
- 5
Second fix and finishing: kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, joinery, decoration and final connections.
- 6
Handover: snag list cleared, photographs taken and certification issued.
What to expect
Typical turnaround
Programmes range from four weeks for a single flat to several months for a whole block. The programme is agreed before work starts and tracked weekly.

- Method statements, risk assessments and induction records
- Electrical and gas certification where applicable
