What we do
Thermostatic mixing valves protect occupants from scalding by blending hot and cold water to a safe outlet temperature. They need periodic testing and servicing to prove they are still failing safe.
We test outlet temperatures, check the fail safe shut off, descale and service the valve, and replace cartridges or complete valves where performance has drifted. Results are recorded by outlet so the works stand up as evidence in a water safety file.
