Fire risk assessments
Fire risk assessments for blocks and managed buildings, with a prioritised action plan and the trades to close it out.
What we do
A fire risk assessment identifies the hazards in a building, the people at risk and the actions needed to reduce that risk to an acceptable level. We assess common parts, escape routes, compartmentation, signage, emergency lighting and the management arrangements around them.
The difference with IMS is what happens next. Most assessors hand over a report and leave you to find contractors for the actions. We can price and deliver the remedial works ourselves, so the actions get closed rather than carried forward to the next review.
