What we do
Exterior redecoration protects the fabric of a building as much as it improves how it looks. We prepare properly before anything is painted: repairs to render and timber, treatment of rot, filling, sanding and priming, so the finish lasts the cycle rather than the season.
Works are programmed around residents, with access, scaffolding and notice letters coordinated as part of the package. On cyclical contracts we work to an agreed specification so each phase matches the last.
Quotes are structured section by section so they can be dropped straight into a Section 20 notice, and we can price against a surveyor's specification or produce one from our own survey where none exists. Progress photographs are issued through the programme so leaseholders can see where their money went.
