What we do
Void periods cost money every week a property sits empty. We attend quickly, survey the whole unit in one visit and return a single priced schedule covering everything the property needs, so you are not approving works in stages.
Works usually cover clearance, repairs, replacement of damaged fittings, safety checks, full redecoration and a clean. Photographic evidence is provided at completion so the property can be signed off and marketed without a second inspection.

What to expect
Typical turnaround
Most single unit voids are completed within five to ten working days from key handover, depending on the scope. Larger or fire damaged units may take longer and are programme tracked.

Priced from the survey. We offer a schedule of rates for regular void work so portfolios can be turned around without re-pricing every property.
