Working in Lambeth
Lambeth is where we are based and where we do most of our reactive work. Being ten minutes from Brixton, Stockwell, Vauxhall and Clapham means emergencies here rarely wait: leaks, loss of heating and hot water and anything unsafe are usually attended the same working day.
The stock is mixed. Victorian and Edwardian conversions through Herne Hill and Clapham, post war estates across Brixton and Kennington, and newer riverside apartment schemes at Vauxhall and Nine Elms with district heating and mechanical ventilation. We work across all three, and the specialist mechanical side of the business exists largely because of the newer schemes on this side of the river.
Most of our Lambeth instructions come from managing agents and RMC directors who need one contractor who can cover reactive repairs, compliance testing and planned refurbishment without three separate suppliers on the same building.
