Communal plant, HIU servicing and repair, TMV work, leak tracing and general plumbing across blocks.

Painting and decorating

Communal area redecoration, void turnaround, exterior block painting and specialist coatings.

Carpentry and joinery

Door sets, communal joinery, kitchen and bathroom fit out and second fix on refurbishment projects.

Roofing and external works

Roof repairs and surveys, gutters, rainwater goods, window replacement and facade remedial works.

Damp, mould and leak remedials

Tracing, diagnosis and remedial works in occupied residential property, reported properly.

Refurbishment trades

Plastering, tiling, flooring and general building trades on full refurbishment programmes.

What we ask

The standard we work to.

Clients trust us with buildings people live in, so we are careful about who carries our name on site.

  • Your own public liability insurance, and employer's liability where you engage others
  • Relevant trade qualifications, and current scheme registration where the trade requires it, such as Gas Safe, NICEIC or NAPIT
  • A clean, considerate approach in occupied buildings, with residents treated properly
  • Photographs and clear notes on completion, so we can report back to the managing agent
  • Reliability on attendance dates, and a straight answer when something will not be met

What you get

Steady work, clear scopes, paid on time.

  • Repeat contract work across managed residential blocks and commercial property, not one-off call outs
  • Clear scopes and agreed rates before you attend, so there is no argument afterwards
  • Agreed payment terms, paid on time
  • A named contact at our bookings desk rather than an anonymous portal
  • Work grouped sensibly across London and the South East where we can, to keep travel down
